WinWipe composed of a Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) sensor to detect the frame of the window. The device has an internal back-up battery; Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to hold the device on the glass surface for 20 minutes in case there is no power. The green light on the device indicates the full-charged battery that can hold the robot on the glass for 20 minutes. A safety rope and hook comes with the device to protect the device from falling down. The two strong suction motors ensure the robot holds itself on flat surfaces. Cleaning Instructions

Step 1: Dry Wipe

Dry wipe to remove the dust on the glass surface*.

*The cleaning is not effective if, you spray water (detergent) on the cleaning microfiber cloth or glass at this stage ;since water (detergent) mixes with dust on the surface of glass and becomes muddy window.

Step 2:  Wet Wipe

First replace the used microfiber cloth in previous stage with a new cloth. Then spray a small amount (1-2 drops) of detergent on the lower cleaning ring**. Start wet wiping.

**Avoid spraying on upper ring. Avoid spraying too much detergent on lower ring. If spraying on upper ring or spraying too much on lower ring the robot becomes slippery and it would affect the robot malfunction and slipping.

Replacing microfiber cloth

1.Separate cleaning ring from robot.

2.Gently pull the cloth and remove it from the ring.

3.Take a new microfiber and insert it inside the cloth*.

4.Reattach the cleaning ring into robot.

*Equally put the cloth around the ring on all side to avoid air leakage.

Washing used cloth

  • Wash below 40°C (104°F).
  • Do not use bleach; iron or dry cleaning.

**Avoid spraying on upper ring. Avoid spraying too much detergent on lower ring. If spraying on upper ring or spraying too much on lower ring the robot becomes slippery and it would affect the robot malfunction and slipping.
